2018 Street Maintenance Polymer Overcoat Chipseal Program

CITY OF WARRENSBURG

PRESS RELEASE

The Warrensburg Street Department would like to advise residents and visitors of the community that the 2018 Street Maintenance Polymer Overcoat Chipseal Program will begin Wednesday, August 01, 2018 and run through Friday, August 17, 2018, weather permitting.


Residents and businesses are being asked not to park vehicles on the affected streets Wednesday through Friday, August 01 through August 17, 2018, or until after the resurfacing process is completed. No Parking signs will be posted by the Street Department and vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.


The streets scheduled for Polymer Overcoat Chipseal, in no particular order, are as follows:


Warren Street: South Street south to Southwest Drive.
Hale Lake Road: Main Street west to City Limits.
Creach Drive: Young Street south to Chaucer Lane.
North Street: Main Street east to Warren Street.


Immediately following completion of the Polymer Overcoat Chip Sealing of the above listed streets, Seal coating of the following streets is scheduled, in no particular order:


Gay Street: Warren Street west to A Point West of Fourth Street.
Veterans Road: Enterprise Avenue (NE 201st Rd) west to PCA Road.
PCA Road: Veterans Road south to Grandview Drive.
Hawthorne Drive: PCA Road west to Round About.
Southwest Drive: Warren Street west to Dead End.


PLEASE DO NOT WATER YOUR LAWN UNTIL THE RESURFACING WORK IS COMPLETED.
