This program is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Beginners are welcome. Participants should be prepared for the outdoors with personal water, sunscreen and insect repellent. Participants should bring their own yoga mat or outdoor blanket for the class. Knob Noster State Park is located between Warrensburg and Sedalia on HWY 50, off of 23 HWY and DD HWY. The Clearfork Day Use Area is located on the west side of the park, near the Opossum Hollow Trailhead. Please see map for detailed location.
